Why per-season?
Seasons aren't year-round. Your team's schedule runs for a few months, then it's the off-season — and paying a monthly subscription through those quiet months for software you're not touching never made sense to us. So we charge one flat price per season. You pay when the games are on and the radar is working, and nothing when it isn't. When a new season comes around, upgrade it and you're back in business.
Pricing questions
- What happens at the end of a season?
- Your data stays put — the record of who claimed which games remains available to you. When your next season starts, upgrade to Pro again to unlock automated reminders, multiple seasons, and reporting for that season. Because Pro is billed per season, there is nothing to cancel between seasons.
- Can I add teammates?
- On Free you get two users — you and one teammate. Pro includes unlimited team members, so you can bring in everyone who needs to claim games or help administer the season.
- Why is it priced per season instead of monthly?
- Season tickets aren't year-round, so a monthly subscription would have you paying through the off-season for something you're not using. One flat price per season keeps it honest: you pay when your season is live and nothing when it isn't.
- Do you offer refunds?
